WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
- To return a product to Fasham Beauty you will need to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number through our Returns Department (email preferred) email@example.com.
- No Returns of any type will be accepted without RGA (Return Good Authorization) Number.
- Items returned with No RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number will be refused and if accepted by mistake will be stored for a period of 21 business days and will be disposed of thereafter.
- Fasham Beauty and its management will assume no responsibility after the 21 business days for unclaimed items returned without RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number.
- You can email us for a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number and we will respond to your request within 1 to 2 business days.
- All material returned to us with No RGA (Return Goods Authorization) Number will be refused and sent back to the sender at the sender's expense.
- Return the product in its original packaging and condition to the address we provide to you.
- Claims for broke, damaged, wrong shipping or shortages on items will only be accepted for a period of 3 business days after receiving the merchandise.
- Fasham Beauty does not accept exchanges. You need to return an item and purchase a new one.
- Please note that the picture/image shown for an item may not be accurate. Use the part number or the description to make your decision.
- All claims for defective materials must be made within 7 days after receipt of purchase.
- Defective products will be replaced/exchanged with identical/same item products.
- Defective products will not be replaced for any misordered, misinstalled, or abused items.
- THERE WILL BE 25% RESTOCKING FEE FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS IF OUR TECHNICIANS DETERMINE THAT THE RETURNED PRODUCTS WERE:
- Misordered (Customer orders the wrong part and call the item defective, misinformed*)
- Abused (Customer abuses product or does not follow manufacturer's instructions)
- Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair Gels, Hair Care Items, Liquids, Wigs and Make Up are not returnable.
NOTE: Non Defective Uninstalled Merchandise may be returned within 30 days after the receipt of purchase item. The buyer must pay a 25% restocking fee as well as all return shipping fees.
