If you need to track your order, please e-mail us at fasham@fasham.com with your Name, Shipping address and Order number. 

Please allow us 24-48 HOURS after your order has been placed to process the order.

We ship in-stock items within 24-48 HOURS after receipt of your order.  This time is needed to assure proper shipping and avoid any fake or fraudulent orders that we might receive.

NOTE: ALL EXPRESS ORDERS MUST BE RECIEVED NO LATER THEN 1:00 PM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME, FOLLOWED BY A PHONE CONFIRMATION TO ENSURE EXPRESS DELIVERY.

Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Centers through out the United States to arrive within five business days after we process the order.

Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS longer.
