SHIPPING PROCEDURES:

• Most ground packages should arrive on your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days after shipment.
• We ship in stock items within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of your order. This time is needed to assure proper shipping & control any fake or fraudulent orders.
• NEXT DAY AIR with Saturday delivery is available upon request.
• For any order that is more than 25 pounds, multiple packages, has a non standard packaging or oversized, there will be an extra charge based on shipping zip code.
• Rush delivery is not available to International addresses. These orders should arrive in 2-3 weeks.
• Orders cannot be expedited to A.P.O or F.P.O. These items or orders will be shipped via USPS.
• For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses, products will be shipped via Parcel Post.
• Claims for broken, damaged, shipped wrong & shortages will only be accepted for a period of 3 business days after receiving the merchandise

SHIPPING RATE EXCEPTIONS:

• We use UPS, FedEx, USPS . This process will ensure proper, fast & reliable service to our customers. We, at Fashambeauty.com, have made it a store commitment to pass all of these savings to our customers.
• Rush service is not available for some oversize items, out of stock items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
• FREE SHIPPING is not avaiable outside of the contiguous 48 states. (The term CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES refers to the 48 U.S. states located on the North American continent south of the U.S. border with Canada, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska & Hawaii, and all off shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico.)
• Standard shipping rates do not apply if located out of the contiguous 48 states.  You will be notified via email of your shipping rate based on location and weight of package.

ORDER TRACKING:

• If you need to track your order, please e-mail us at fasham@fasham.com with your Name, Shipping address and Order number.
• Please allow us 24-48 hours after your order has been placed to process the order.
• We ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours after receipt of your order. This time is needed to assure proper shipping and avoid any fake or fraudulent orders that we might receive.
• Most purchases are shipped from our Distribution Centers through out United States, to arrive within five business days after we process the order.
• Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take 1-2 business days longer.
• Note: Multiple items from different manufacturers ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

However, any taxes, tariffs, government fees & export import fees that may occur are customer responsibility.
