Returns: Fasham Beauty.Com sole responsibility and obligation in the event of defective merchandise shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the merchandise and we shall not be responsible for any other damage or loss. All products (unless noted on our web site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty.

To initiate the return process, send an E-mail to fasham@fasham.com , clearly stating your situation and what you would like to return. You will then be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RGA number. Items being returned must be properly packed in their original boxes along with all included packing, parts, accessories, and instructions.

Fasham Beauty.Com will not issue an RGA for liquids or merchandise that was invoiced more than 30 days prior to the date of request for an RGA.

Fasham Beauty.com will not be able to track or refund or issue an RGA for order over 6 months old.

After we have received the package it will take up to 4 to 5 business days to process and then issue your refund promptly. Please record the tracking number of the item shipped to us.
