SHIPPING RATE EXCEPTIONS:

• Rush service is not available for some oversize items, out of stock items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
• Free Shipping is not avaiable outside of the contiguous 48 states. (The term CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES refers to the 48 U.S. states located on the North American continent south of the U.S. border with Canada, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico.)
• Standard shipping rates do not apply if located out of the contiguous 48 states.  You will be notified via e-mail of your shipping rate based on location and weight of package.

OUR SHIPPING PROCEDURES:

• Most ground packages should arrive on your doorstep within 5-7 business days after shipment.
• We ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours after receipt of your order. This time is needed to assure proper shipping and control any fake or fraudulent orders.
• Next Day Air with Saturday delivery is available upon request.
• For any order that is more than 25 pounds, multiple packages, has a non standard packaging or oversized, there will be an extra charge based on shipping zip code.
• Rush delivery is not available to International addresses. These orders should arrive in 2-3 weeks.
• Orders cannot be expedited to A.P.O or F.P.O. These items/orders will be shipped via USPS.
• For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses, products will be shipped via Parcel Post.
• Claims for broken, damaged, shipped wrong and shortages will only be accepted for a period of 3 business days after receiving the merchandise

Yes, Fasham Beauty.com could ship orders with FPO or APO addresses via USPS. Shipping rates will be determined once the order has been placed. Shipping rates will be informed to customer via email.

DOES FashamBeauty.com ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? 

Yes, Fasham Beauty.com could ship orders to International addresses. Shipping rates will be determined once the order has been placed. Shipping rates will be informed to customer via email. However, any taxes, tariffs, government fees, and export import fees that may occur are customer responsibility. Fasham Beauty.com does not have anything to do with all those extra charges that may occur in International shipping.

DOES FashamBeauty.com CHARGE TAX FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS?
